Charli XCX Embraces a Twisted Persona of Herself in Fictional Documentary First Look
The celebrated musician is gearing up for a substantial cinematic appearance in 2026, starting with the mockumentary titled The Moment.
Throughout the movie, the artist plays what she refers to as a dark version of herself.

She clarified in a discussion: This isn’t a concert film, yet the concept came from the pressure to produce one.
An Early Look into The Film
The debut trailer, released on Thursday, mixes actual recordings from Charli’s Sweat tour with made-up behind-the-scenes moments.
The film is directed and co-written by Aidan Zamiri, who explained that the plot centers on a reality where the artist made entirely different choices throughout the marketing of her chart-topping release Brat.
